Audi plans sporty MPV and ScooterJuly 17, 2012 by: Rituraj Mishra
Audi bought Ducati and looks like the lion has tasted blood in the two wheeler segment. It is now looking to expand its reach in the MPV and twp-wheeler sector. Their endeavor will involve a lot of new models which will help them gather more number of customers for their brand.
Peter Schwarzenbauer, Company’s sales and marketing chief explained what their plan of action is. They are trying to bring their own interpretation of the MPV, as the current ones are very boring. Their version will be equipped with six or seven seats.
He also hinted at a possible mobility solution for urban transportation, but cautioned that it would not be a reworked Ducati. What we can make out of this, is that a Scooter is on its way from Audi. Now, I would like to ride a scooter with the four rings symbol.
