Now this is a princely affair that has two royal generations that boasts of a collection of cars that spans over more than a century. Prince Rainier III of Monaco spent his life collecting great cars. His collection has been nothing less that exemplary and it is one of the best in the world comprising of classic cars of different make and from different eras.
Now reigns have changed and the new prince, Prince Albert II has different idea of collecting cars. He wants to have specific groups of cars belonging to someone special segment. For that matter he has put up 38 cars from that collection for auction.
The auction basket includes a 1939 Simca 5 that is expected to fetch around $10,000 to $12,000. A very rare 1973 Camaro export model in a very good condition and with only 43k on the odometer is expected to fetch the same price of the Simca.
One of the higher grosser can be the 1924 Panhard and Levassor X47 which comes with a Weymann body. It is rare car and due to its superb condition it can fetch upto $44,000.
