The Walking Dead: 2013 Hyundai Elantra Coupe Zombie Survival [Video]June 18, 2012 by: Rituraj Mishra
Frank Darabont, a Hungarian-American film producer took the concept of The Walking Dead TV series from the comic book series that took out its first issue in 2003. The post-apocalyptic TV series has had quite some fans over its course of time.
Now the 100th issue of the inspiring comic book series is out and it means celebration which means something special to be done. Comic book creator Robert Kikrman has designed as part of the celebrations two unique versions of Hyundai and had them built which are themed on the comic book.
According to the designer the first car is a modified ELantra Coupe that comes with ”A front-end custom zombie plow cow catcher with spikes, slatted armored window coverings, a roof hatch to allow passengers to shoot at walkers, an electric rear trunk to house weapons, allterrain/rally type tires, weapons storage compartments, a CB radio/PA system and more.”
The second is simpler than the first one. It is an Elantra GT which has been wrapped in the 100th issue cover. The two cars are to be shown at the Comic-Con International 2012. The first car excites me, looks like Comic-Con will be more fun this year.
