Quick Review: 2012 MV Augusta Brutale 675March 17, 2012 by: Rituraj Mishra
MV Augusta is a synonym to brutal and hard-hitting inline four engines. Well they are in a mood to break the common perception with the latest 2012 MV Augusta Brutale 675, that has a DOHC inline-three engine.
Being a mid-size beast, it is expected to be a bit quiet, but the Brutale tears up these opinions with a thundering 113 hp at 12,500 rpm. At 358 pound, isn’t the heaviest but does stand it’s ground when it comes to balance. The power is distributed through an eight-level traction control system. Also the bike features a 43 mm USD Marzocchi forks and a linkage-assisted Sachs rear shock. Nissan master cylinders guide the Brembo radial calipers to complete the braking systems.
Priced at $14,440, it is a deal. Get your speed demons a ride on the Brutale, they will relish it.
