Video: 2012 Toyota Camry Super Bowl Commercial is all about ReinventionFebruary 1, 2012 by: Rituraj Mishra
I was wondering if I am done with writing about the Super Bowl ads, but then I encountered the word reinventing, and I thought I will keep writing and reinventing.
Mark the word Reinvent. Its importance will be revealed shortly. Toyota has been away from the Super Bowl slot for three years. But after this break the Japanese brand is again making inroads for the match day. Featuring their new commercial will be their 2012 Camry sedan.
The commercial titled “Reinvented” is 60 seconds long, and takes the theme of 2012 Camry ads last season a step ahead adding more zeal and humour to them. “Reinvention is a powerful idea and one we took to heart when we redesigned America’s most popular car with the launch of the 2012 Camry and elevated it above the competition,” said Bill Fay, group vice president of marketing at Toyota USA.
“The Super Bowl provides a forum to really drive home the reinvention message of the seventh-generation Camry, using humour to resonate with the American public,” he added.
Reinvented will have one of the two 30 seconds spot for the game. Have a look at the video. It’s intelligent and the humour theme is time tested, never fails.
